Adaptor Sleeves for Imperial Bores

Adapter sleeves are the most commonly used components for locating bearings with a tapered bore onto a cylindrical shaft. Using an adapter sleeve allows the bearing to be located into position on the shaft prior to the sleeve being tightened into place. Adapter sleeves are slotted along the length and have an external taper of 1:12, they are supplied complete with a lock nut (KM) and tab washer (MB)
