Description

A universal system for the removal and installation of Suspension Bushes, Bearings, Seals etc
By selecting the appropriate diameter sleeves, the bush / bearing / seal is ˜Pressed, or ˜Pulled by the action of turning the spindle nuts in opposing directions.
Fully universal applications for Cars, LCVs HGVs etc, with a range of kit options to suit individual requirements.

Press & Pull Sleeve Kits can be used in the following formats:

  • As a stand alone set of tools
  • With a standard workshop press
  • With a Universal Press Frame (187000V2)
  • With a Universal C Clamp (18780200)
  • Can also be used with selected model specific Press Piece sets and in conjunction with optional hydraulic upgrade kits

  • 20x Press Sleeves in 2mm diameter steps
  • Inside Diameter Range: 74 - 112mm in 2mm steps
  • Outside Diameter Range: 84 - 122mm in 2mm steps
  • 4x Step Plate Discs / 4x Pulling Spindles with nuts & thrust bearings M10 / M12 / M14 / M16
  • 2 x 20mm Heavy Duty Pulling Spindles (M20 long & M20 short) with thrust bearings
  • Supplied in moulded storage case
