RHP 4 bolt Unit c/w High Temp Grease for 20mm Shaft

RHP Flange Units with high/low temperature inserts (unit temperature range -40 degress C to + 180 degrees C) Temperature resistant high performance single lip seal in silcon rubber. The bearings are fitted with a steel cage and provided with C5 clearance as standard. The casting will be marked SF2, the bearing will be marked 1020-20GHLT

The shaft locking arrangement is a set screw lock. This locking arrangement consists of two knurled cup-point, self locking, socket-head set screws fitted in the extended inner ring. 

Lubrication - Self-lube bearings are factory charged with the correct amount of grease and do not require a further grease charge when fitted. The housings are provided with a tapped hole to facilitate relubrication and supplied with a grease nipple. All units are tapped 1/4" UNF. Note; a grease adapter (ref 1003G) which are available on our website to fit the 1/4" UNF tapped hole to give 1/8" BSP female fitting.

Flange unit fitted with high temperature bearing inserts operating up to a maximum temperature  + 150C. Regreasing is essential for these bearings using the recommended silicone grease (molykote 44, silicone type Dow Corning) Other greases must not be used. These high temperature bearings are fitted with a steel cage and provided with C4 radial internal clearance as standard.
