A 19-tooth, 10B double simplex sprocket (DS10B1-19TB) has a 5/8-inch (15.875mm) pitch, a pitch diameter of 96.45mm, an outer diameter of 103.3mm.  The "DS" indicates it's a double simplex, "10B" specifies the 5/8-inch pitch chain size, "19" is the number of teeth, and "TB" stands for taper bore. 

These sprockets are designed for running two simplex chains – typically 1 sprocket driving two separate sprockets or roller to roller drives in conveyor systems.
